In view of the ''orphan works bill'' that is to be heard this summer, I propose a ''no submissions day''. Now, I am not a renown artist, nor someone that you have ever heard of. But this no submissions day can be used as a form of strike.Now I heard that the bill is supposed to pass this summer. Now, I propose, that on May 31^st, that will be the no submissions day.
